Each item is carefully inspected and reviewed before being listed for sale.
All items are guaranteed authentic.

2. Product Condition & Authenticity
Products listed on Enzo Ruan may be:
- New with original tags
- Pre-owned
- Vintage
- Archive pieces
Product condition, measurements, materials, and any signs of wear will be clearly described in each product listing.
Due to the nature of vintage and archive items, minor imperfections, natural aging, or previous wear may exist and are considered part of the item's character.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition details before purchasing.

5. Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be requested within:
7 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be unworn
- Original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned without approval, damaged, worn, washed, altered, or missing original tags may not be accepted.
Due to the limited nature of archive and vintage products, exchanges are not guaranteed.
7. Sale Items & Limited Products
Many products sold by Enzo Ruan are unique, limited, vintage, or archive pieces.
Availability cannot be guaranteed once an item has been sold.
Some products may not be restocked.
