Refunds & Returns
At Enzo Ruan, we carefully inspect and authenticate every item before it is shipped.
Due to the limited and unique nature of archive, vintage, and pre-owned items, returns are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within:
7 days after delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be unworn
- Original tags must remain attached
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received
- The customer must provide proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Enzo Ruan is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Items returned after the 7-day return period
- Items damaged after delivery
Authenticity Claims
All items sold by Enzo Ruan are guaranteed authentic.
We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
Any authenticity concerns must be submitted with supporting evidence from a recognized authentication service.
